Q：How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

A：Generally, the product will be shipped within 5 working days, after placing an order.

Q：Can I choose to trade face to face?
A：Face-to-face transaction is available on order $1200+. Please make an appointment with our staff in advance. Due to limited manpower, we would like to provide the following areas and times for face-to-face transaction:

Taikoo/Quarry Bay I Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday I 17:00 – 19:30

Q：What are my delivery options?

A：We only offer SF express shipping. You can enjoy free shipping on order over HKD600, otherwise, there is a HKD 60 shipping fee per order. Except under specified circumstances.

Q：What countries do you deliver to?

A：We currently provide delivery services to specific areas in Hong Kong only. Remote areas, outlying islands or buildings without lift facilities are not included.

A：超過$1200的訂單可預約指定地點交收。由於人手有限，請提前與我們的工作人員預約，當面交易謹提供以下地區及時間交收:

太古/鰂魚湧 I 星期一，三，五，六 I 17:00 – 19:30

Q：我可以選擇甚麼方式運送商品?

A：我們只有提供 SF express 運送。如訂單滿600元即可享有本地免運費，否則需要支付運費60元。指定情況除外。

Q：你們送貨到哪些國家/ 地區？

A：我們目前僅向香港特定地區提供送貨服務，不適用於偏遠地區、離島或無升降機設施的樓宇。
