Q:What should I do if I receive an incorrect or defective product?

A:We are sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect or defective product. You can contact us by email within 7 days after receipt. Please include your order number, the name/product code of the item you purchased, the name/product code of the item you received, the pictures of defective product and any further details in the email. Our staff will assist you with the return process.

Q:Do you have return and exchange service?
A:All sales are final and non-refundable and subject to our terms and conditions, replacements are only offered if: (i) your receipt of defective product from us, (ii) our incorrect delivery of product, or (iii) our mistaken processing of your order. Please contact us, our staff will assist you with the return process.

However, please note that antique items and second-hand items are excluded.

Q:How long does it take to process my return and exchange?

A:Usually, we will resend the replacement goods to you within 7 days after receiving your returned goods.

Q:Do you offer free returns?

A:Unfortunately, shipping costs are charged by the shipping company, and we do not offer free returns. Any returns will be at your own expense.

Q:How can I track the status of my return and exchange?

A:As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us stating that your return or exchange is being processed.

Q:Why was my order cancelled?

A:If your order is cancelled, it may be due to insufficient supply or other reasons that prevent the order from being completed. We will notify you via email and issue a refund.

Q:Can you provide cash refunds?

A:We do not offer cash refunds, all refunds will be made by credit card.

Q:How long does it take to process my refunds?

A:Refunds will be processed approximately 14 days after the refund confirmation email is sent, depending on the card issuer. If you have not received a refund after 14 days, please contact us and our staff will assist you.
